Your rebate is processed and issued within 14 weeks from the date your rebate is received by mypromochoice.com. If you have a pre-order, the rebate will be issued by mypromochoice.com within 14 weeks from the date of purchase and activation.

Please allow 5 business days before you can view your submittal on this site. You will be able to track the status of your rebate request on this site by using the Check Rebate Status section on the home page. You may use either your wireless number or your confirmation code (below) to check on the status. We will send this information to your email address, and via text message to your phone.

Please keep your receipt and wireless agreement, until you receive your rebate.
